Logging in to oke168

Enter your username or email address and password. If you enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), we send a verification code to your phone or email after you submit your login. Enter that code to complete login. If you selected "Remember me on this device", we store a secure cookie so you don't need to log in again on that device.

Your login session is encrypted. We do not store your password in plain text. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, reset your password immediately through the "Forgot your password?" link. We send a reset link to your registered email address.

Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your username or email address. We send a password reset link to your registered email. Click the link and enter a new password. The reset link expires after one hour for security. If the link expires, request a new one.

After you reset your password, all active login sessions on other devices are terminated. You must log in again with your new password on each device.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

We recommend enabling 2FA in your account settings. With 2FA enabled, after you enter your username and password, we send a six-digit code to your phone via SMS or to your email. You enter that code to complete login. This protects your account even if someone obtains your password.

If you lose access to your phone or email, contact our support team through live chat on oke168. We can verify your identity and disable 2FA temporarily so you can regain access to your account.

Mobile login experience

On Android, download the oke168 app and log in with your username and password. On iOS, open Safari and navigate to oke168.app, then log in through your browser. Your login session persists, so you stay logged in when you close and reopen the app or browser.

We cache your recent activity locally on your phone, so you can view your balance and recent bets offline. Once you reconnect to the internet, the app syncs with our servers and updates your account data.

Account security after login

After you log in, your account is active and you can deposit, withdraw, and place bets. We recommend reviewing your account settings regularly. Check your registered email address, phone number, and payment methods. If any information is incorrect or outdated, update it immediately.

If you notice suspicious activity on your account—unfamiliar bets, unexpected withdrawals, or login attempts from unknown devices—contact our support team immediately. We can freeze your account, review your transaction history, and help you secure it.

Logout and session management

Click "Logout" in your account menu to end your session. We recommend logging out on shared devices or public computers. Your session also expires automatically after a period of inactivity for security.

You can view all active login sessions in your account settings. If you see a session from an unfamiliar device or location, you can terminate it immediately.
